The Space
The open dining area seats six and flows naturally into the kitchen, which is equipped for everyday cooking. Bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across the home, offering comfortable bedding, bedside lighting, and storage. Blackout blinds are fitted in selected rooms to support restful sleep, while ceiling fans provide airflow throughout the warmer months.
A loft-style bedroom is accessed via internal stairs, adding character to the layout, while the ground floor remains flat and accessible. The bathroom is centrally located and functional, serving all bedrooms with ease.
Outside, a generous deck and garden area invite guests to relax among the trees. Outdoor furniture and a private BBQ create the perfect setting for alfresco meals surrounded by nature. With heaters, fans, and a peaceful setting, this Springbrook home is ideal for a quiet mountain getaway.

Getting around
Cafes have limited trading hours so please bring all your own food and drinks.
Ensure your car has plenty of fuel before you drive up the mountain as there are no petrol stations here.
You can come via Nerang or Mudgeeraba where you will find supermarkets/ fuel on your way out if required.
Public Transport: Limited public transport in the area; a car is recommended.
Getting There: Approximately 1 hour from Gold Coast Airport by car.

House rules
- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know
- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
IMPORTANT:
- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.
- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.
Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.
- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.
We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
-We prefer shoes off in house you can leave them just inside on the floor. Slippers/ UGGs are fine. No food etc in carpeted areas please.
-Water can take a second to come through at sinks due to the pump plus gas hot water takes extra to heat.
-Please ensure any lights/ aircon not required are switched off to avoid overloading power board.
-Please ensure logs are not pushing against the glass and close the door gently so to avoid cracking the glass.
-Please note our deck is on two levels with a step down so take extra care
-The parrots are gorgeous and will come to visit- please don't let them in the house as the poor things can never get back out and end up crashing into the glass. They're glorious!
-If using the clothes dryer please empty out water and clean lint off the filters after use.
