You’ll have access to the entire property, so it will feel like your own home. - Information regarding the collection of keys will be sent to you. - There are few stairs to access the building. - Key collection is offsite, 2.4 km from the property, and not available 24/7. Further details will be provided 3 days before check-in if your booking is successfully reserved. - CHECK IN STRICTLY BETWEEN 10AM - 11:00PM - We cannot accommodate check in after 11:00pm at this property, due to the key being stored at a local convenience store. Please ensure you consider this when booking the property, no compensation will be provided to guests who are unable to check in out of hours.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No parties or antisocial behaviour

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
