- There are no stairs outside the property.
- The Apartment is located on the 10th floor in Tower A. You will need the FOB to gain access to this level in the lift. The pool, gym and barbeque area are located on the 5th floor. Please use it in accordance with the strata management rules and be respectful of others. The pool/BBQ area is open to use from 6 am to 10 pm daily and the gym is open for 24hr use. Use of glass in any common area in the building is prohibited due to the work, health and safety risks that this presents. There are CCTV cameras present outside the apartment in the Common Property areas of the building.
- We would like you to be aware that some work is being done on the building, which may result in abseilers outside the windows in the daytime between July and September 2025 - this may not affect our apartment; however, we would like to let you know this so that you can ensure your privacy.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.

House rules
- Strictly no parties or antisocial behaviour please. Please be respectful of the neighbours.
- If the smoke alarm goes off in the apartment please do NOT open the front door as this will set off the fire alarm to the whole building. If the main fire alarm to the whole building is set off you will be liable to any cost incurred as a result of this.
- If there is smoke generated in the apartment please open the windows and the balcony door. There is a fire blanket and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen.
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins. If you have any large items to dispose of please do not put it down the chutes as it will block them. You can take it down to the large bin waste rooms on the ground floor (in the tunnel).
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know
- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
