Guest access

- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival. You’ll have access to the entire apartment when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home. The lawn area is however separate and reserved for the private use of the other four apartment owners in the building.

Manly is one of Sydney’s most iconic suburbs, famous for its beach culture, bustling Corso, nightlife and restaurant scene. Situated at the gateway to the Northern beaches, yet still only a short distance from Sydney’s CBD, Manly retains both a cosmopolitan and relaxed coastal vibe. Containing both ocean and harbour beaches, rock pools and bush walks, Manly has nature on full display. All within a short distance to its famous shopping precinct, with numerous famous pubs, restaurants and attractions. A vibrant centre of music, food and outdoor activities, Manly caters to and welcomes all to its iconic suburb.

Getting around

Public transport
The nearest bus stop is located on Addison Rd and operates a bus route to Manly Wharf Hotel. From Manly Wharf you can get buses to Palm Beach, Frenches Forest, Seafort, Balgowlah or Ferries into the city.

Ride sharing
There is plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout Manly.

Getting there
Property is approximately a 37-minute drive to Sydney Airport or 27-minutes into Sydney's CBD. Alternatively, arrive by boat to nearby Manly Wharf with a 20min trip down to Sydney Harbour from Circular Quay on Manly Fast Ferries (leaving from Wharf 2).

Other things

- For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.
- There is construction in the adjoining unit. The construction will occur Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- The lawn area is not accessible by guests.
- There is no direct access to Marine Parade from the property, however, it is a 5-min walk from Bower St.
- No pool at the property
- A parking permit for the street is provided. On departure guests must leave the permit at a designated spot on the premises.
- There are stairs when getting to the property.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.

House rules

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know
- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
