Local area description

Located about six kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, Yarraville is a charming inner suburb along the Yarra River. The neighbourhood is quite intimate, home to heritage buildings, a buzzing cafe and restaurant culture and various boutiques. The art deco Sun Theatre is a centrepiece, while Sun Bookshop, the farmers market and the cosmopolitan restaurants are a big reason Yarraville was named one of the world’s coolest neighbourhoods in 2020 by Time Out.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
